Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive professional experience in mechanical engineering design, analysis, and project execution.
• Minimum 5 years of direct work experience in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East region.
• Proven expertise in performing detailed engineering calculations, testing, and analysis using industry-standard methodologies.
• Demonstrated proficiency in independent design element development and engineering deliverables.
• Strong track record of managing engineering projects within budget and schedule constraints with minimal supervision.
• Proven ability to identify, analyze, and resolve complex technical discrepancies and engineering challenges.
• Experience providing technical mentoring and guidance to junior engineering staff.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent professional certification.

Responsibilities

• Execute detailed and routine engineering assignments, including calculations, testing, and analysis using established procedures.
• Gather, correlate, and validate engineering data using well-defined methodologies.
• Independently complete primary design elements and engineering deliverables.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in engineering results and data.
• Propose solutions to new technical challenges by adapting standard procedures and leveraging previous project experience.
• Manage assigned work within agreed-upon budgets and schedules with minimal supervision.
