As the world prepares for Qiddiya, a transformational mega-project in Saudi Arabia, Qiddiya Investment Company is at the forefront of bringing this vision to life. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager - Technology & Innovation to spearhead our digital marketing efforts and drive strategic marketing technology initiatives that enhance brand presence and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the marketing technology strategy to support the overall marketing goals of Qiddiya Investment Company
  • Lead the adoption and integration of marketing technology tools and platforms that enhance customer engagement and drive data‑driven decision making
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and implement innovative marketing campaigns that leverage digital channels, automation, and analytics
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing technologies and campaigns, providing insights for continuous improvement
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation in marketing processes and tools
  • Manage and foster strategic partnerships with vendors and technology providers to ensure optimized usage of marketing tools
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing technology, digital marketing, or a related field, with demonstrable experience in managing marketing technology platforms
  • Proven track record of leading successful marketing technology implementations and digital transformation initiatives
