We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Sr. Manager – Sales Development to drive sales operations, developer relationships, and end-to-end customer solutions in the real estate domain. This leadership role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in real estate sales enablement, project management, and mortgage advisory, combined with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
●Lead and optimize sales operations to support business growth and improve conversion rates.
●Manage and enhance relationships with real estate developers, ensuring seamless collaboration and business alignment.
●Collaborate with banks and financial institutions to deliver mortgage and financing solutions for clients.
●Oversee project management efforts across sales lifecycle, ensuring timely execution of strategies and achievement of sales targets.
●Monitor and report on KPIs, market trends, and performance analytics to senior leadership.
●To prepare Sales Strategies on the go through numbers and analysis to increase revenue
● Need to carry out analysis about the sales team and developers to share the insights for all stakeholders and the way forward to improve business
● Should be able to study and research competition and share insights for improvement of company structure and operations
● Mentor and manage cross-functional teams to ensure high performance and alignment with business goals.
● Build and maintain strong client relationships through top-notch communication and customer experience strategies.
