Massar Business Solutions is seeking a Design, BOD/Tech Standards & Governance Lead – Senior Manager to guide design reviews, validate technical standards, and govern public safety technology programs. You will ensure asset designs comply with operational and domain standards while supporting maintainability, integration, and operational acceptance.

In this leadership role, you will own the Basis of Design and governance framework, oversee compliance and audit activity, and drive alignment

Responsibilities

• Lead design review and standards validation, reviewing asset designs at each gate against operational and domain standards to prevent non-conformance.
• Own Basis of Design/technical standards and governance for public safety technology, ensuring supportability, maintainability and integration.
• Oversee compliance and audit activity and physical security technology standards ahead of operational acceptance.
