Partner company in Saudi Arabia seeks an Engineering Manager focused on Security Standards and Hardening. Lead a team across OS, cloud, and edge environments to enforce robust security practices and compliance with FIPS, CIS, STIG, FedRAMP, and Cyber Resilience Act.

You will shape security engineering practices, mentor talent, and drive initiatives that protect global users. Strong leadership and hands-on security expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a comparable technical discipline.
• Extensive experience leading and developing engineering teams.
• Experience with FIPS, CIS, STIG, FedRAMP, and Cyber Resilience Act.
• Hands-on with DISA STIG or CIS benchmarks and compliance tooling.
• Strong software security and secure engineering practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and support a team of engineers ranging from graduate-level to senior professionals.
• Coach team members, provide career guidance, and deliver actionable feedback to support professional growth.
• Establish and monitor team health indicators while fostering a high-performing, collaborative engineering culture.
• Plan and manage progress against engineering goals, projects, and deliverables.
• Support products and customers in meeting rigorous security requirements and industry standards.
• Represent the team and its products with internal stakeholders, customers, industry partners, and the open-source community.
• Guide engineering teams in adopting security best practices and maintaining high software quality and security.
