Job summary

National Contracting Company Limited is seeking a Senior Manager Projects for NCC Energy in KSA. You will lead EPC project execution, manage scope, schedule, budget and risks, and guide multidisciplinary teams through engineering, procurement, construction, planning, QA/QC, and HSE.

Engage with Saudi Aramco/SEC and strategic customers, drive governance, and deliver executive reports on progress, cost and risk. ARAMCO/SEC experience and PMP certification are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 18 years of EPC Project Management experience including 10 years on large EPC LSTK projects within Power, Oil & Gas and Industrial sectors with ARAMCO SEC or equivalent international clients is highly preferred.
• PMP certification or ARAMCO-approved PM certification required.
• Strong customer relationship management with effective executive communication skills.
• Strong contracts management and risk management with effective negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead EPC project execution ensuring Aramco/SEC, contractual, technical, HSE, and quality compliance.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources and risk to meet milestones and financial objectives.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Planning, QA/QC, and HSE.
• Establish project controls, planning, cost control, forecasting and risk management.
• Maintain relationships with Saudi Aramco SEC, SWCC and strategic customers; support business development.
• Drive project reviews and prepare executive reports on schedule, cost, risk, cash flow and resources.
• Lead NCC Energy PMO with standardized processes, governance and KPIs.

This position is responsible for managing leading evaluating and overseeing EPC projects for NCC Energy to ensure the desired results are achieved Responsible for the profit and loss of individual projects and successful completion of projects within specified time frame establishing and maintaining a professional and satisfactory relationship with Owner subcontractors regulatory agencies and project stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

Lead the execution of assigned EPC projects ensuring compliance with Aramco SEC and contractual technical HSE and quality requirements throughout the project cycle Manage project scope schedule budget resources and risk to meet contractual milestones and financial objectives Lead multidisciplinary teams across Engineering Procurement Construction Planning QA QC and HSE Establish project controls planning cost control forecasting and risk management Lead customer interface and maintain strong relationships with Saudi Aramco SEC SWCC and other strategic customers and support the Business Development team with strategic resource planning Lead project reviews with management and prepare executive reports on schedule cost risk cash flow and resource utilization Drive project closeout punch lists documentation claims change orders and financial performance Develop and lead the NCC Energy PMO introducing standardized processes governance and KPIs

Qualifications
