Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Manager - Construction to oversee multiple large-scale projects in Saudi Arabia. You will lead planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination with architects, engineers, and project managers to deliver on time and within budget.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and mentoring construction teams while maintaining strong relationships with contractors and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10-12 years of relevant experience in construction management, particularly with large-scale projects.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Strong understanding of construction best practices, industry standards, and safety regulations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in the Middle East construction industry is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of construction projects, coordinating activities for delivery.
• Mentor construction teams, promoting teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Develop schedules and budgets, ensuring optimal resources and timelines.
