Job summary

Kroll Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager for Investigations, Diligence and Compliance in الرياض. This on-site, full-time role leads large-scale investigations, structures projects, manages resources, and presents findings to clients.

The candidate will advise on fraud, sanctions, and ABC compliance programs, and support regional business development while coordinating with multinational teams. Regular international travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in professional/financial services or investigations.
• Forensic accounting or financial investigation experience.
• Strong commercial acumen and market awareness.
• Proven report writing and client communication skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally regularly.

Responsibilities

• Lead case work streams from planning to closure, structuring projects and presenting findings.
• Assist clients in investigating regulatory breaches, fraud, bribery and corruption across EMEA.
• Advise on fraud, sanctions and ABC compliance programs for clients.
• Support development of the Financial Investigations Practice in the region and nurture key client relationships.
