The ideal candidate will have 7–10+ years of experience in contracts and tendering within KSA, with strong expertise in the Etimad platform. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage risks while ensuring compliance with government regulations. Proficiency in Arabic and English is preferred.

Job description

We are seeking a Senior Manager – Contracts & Tendering to lead and manage all contracts and tendering activities across government and large-scale projects in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on ensuring timely submissions, full compliance, risk control, and effective coordination with internal stakeholders and government entities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end tendering process including RFIs, RFPs, bid submissions, and clarifications.
• Handle government tenders through the Etimad portal, including uploads, compliance checks, and final submissions.
• Review, negotiate, and manage contracts, terms & conditions, risk clauses, and liabilities.
• Ensure full compliance with Saudi government sector requirements, regulations, and deadlines.
• Coordinate closely with Sales, Presales, Finance, Projects, and Procurement teams.
• Maintain and monitor the tender pipeline, bid documentation, and governance processes.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Based in Saudi Arabia (mandatory).
• 7–10+ years of experience in contracts and tendering within KSA.
• Strong hands‑on experience with the Etimad platform.
• Proven background in government sector tenders.
• Solid expertise in contract review, risk assessment, and commercial negotiations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Arabic and English proficiency is preferred.
