A technology solutions company in the Riyadh region seeks a skilled IT Professional to manage IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability and reliability. This full-time role is office-based from Sunday to Thursday, with working hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage IT infrastructure (servers, networks, storage systems, and operating systems) while ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Monitor system and IT service performance, respond to incidents, and resolve issues to minimize service disruptions.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, including technical and security updates and upgrades.
• Implement IT governance, information security policies, and ensure compliance with approved standards and frameworks.
• Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Support and execute Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BC/DR) plans and conduct readiness and testing activities.
• Participate in the development and enhancement of infrastructure and the implementation of IT projects.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and periodic operational reports.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams and external service providers and vendors.
• Contribute to IT risk assessments, propose mitigation measures, and provide technical oversight when required.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

Work Conditions
