Job summary

RETAL is seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer to develop concepts and deliver full interior design packages, including working drawings for safe and aesthetically pleasing spaces. The role involves collaborating with architects, contractors, and clients from concept to completion.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of related experience, strong CAD/3D skills, and a solid understanding of building codes and project budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience required.
• Proficient in CAD and 3D software with strong drawing and rendering skills.
• Understanding of building codes and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Design interior spaces including permanent architectural details and temporary elements.
• Meet client requirements through regular meetings and approvals.
• Produce sketches, drawings, and floor plans using CAD; create 3D renderings.
• Coordinate timelines, budgets, and vendor involvement for projects.
• Develop concept boards and color palettes to communicate design ideas.
• Ensure designs meet codes, standards, and inspection requirements.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and inspectors to deliver projects.
