Job summary

JODAYN is seeking a highly skilled Senior Integration Engineering Specialist with 15+ years of experience to design and implement integrations across enterprise systems and the Enterprise Architecture platform (Bizzdesign).

The role requires deep expertise in API integrations, middleware technologies, data mapping, and troubleshooting, with strong collaboration across EA teams and stakeholders. Bachelor’s in CS/IT is expected; Master’s preferred.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in enterprise application integration and middleware.
• Proven experience integrating enterprise systems with EA platforms (preferably Bizzdesign).
• Strong data mapping, API integrations, and database connectivity.
• Experience with REST, JSON, XML, and ETL processes.
• TOGAF and Bizzdesign certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and support integrations between multiple enterprise systems and Bizzdesign.
• Lead API integrations, database connectivity, and middleware solutions.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture teams and business stakeholders.
• Mentor engineers and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.

• Experienced in data-mapping between IT systems (e.g CMDB, ERP, Telecomm, APM) and Enterprise Architecture platform (Bizzdesign).
• Hands-on experience with API-based systems and direct database integrations via service accounts.
• Experienced in developing and maintaining integration pipelines.
• Highly skilled in scripting and coding languages relevant to integrations (eg. Python).
• Experienced in Middleware Solutions (Apache NiFi, IBM-IIB, SAP-EIC), and worked previously on middleware integration projects.
• Experienced log/root cause analysis and troubleshooting to resolve integration issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with Enterprise Architecture teams and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks priorities.

The candidate must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with Enterprise Architecture teams and business stakeholders. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is preferred. Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in enterprise application integration and middleware technologies. Proven experience integrating enterprise systems with Enterprise Architecture platforms, preferably Bizzdesign. Extensive experience in large-scale enterprise environments. Technical Skills: Strong experience in data mapping and integration between CMDB, ERP, Telecom, APM, and other enterprise systems. Hands-on experience with REST APIs, Web Services, JSON, XML, and related integration technologies. Strong experience with direct database integrations and SQL. Advanced programming and scripting skills, preferably Python. Extensive experience with Middleware integration solutions (Apache NiFi, IBM-IIB, SAP-EIC). Experience with ETL processes and data transformation techniques. Familiarity with cloud integration technologies is an advantage. Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
