Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• 15+ years in infrastructure construction supervision and related technical functions.
• Experience with major infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, tunnels, drainage, urban development).
• Experience reviewing engineering studies and designs against standards and requirements.
• Experience in project quality management, inspections, testing, audits, and QA.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technical delivery and supervision of infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, tunnels, drainage, urban programmes).
• Review and evaluate engineering studies, design submissions, drawings, and technical documentation.
• Ensure designs comply with standards, specs, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor project quality through inspections, testing, audits, and QA processes.
• Identify non-conformances and implement corrective actions.
• Review project processes and implement improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and quality.
• Support change management and continuous improvement across infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders on engineering and quality issues.
