Job summary

Siemens Digital Industries is seeking an Industrial Automation Team Lead in Saudi Arabia, Al-Khobar. You will develop and implement control system solutions for water distribution, chemical, petrochemical, and oil & gas SCADA/ESD projects, overseeing software integration, hardware planning, and production oversight for control cabinets.

You will manage subprojects, contribute to technical bids, and maintain project documentation while traveling to customer sites up to 40% to ensure on-time

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent in Electrical/Electronics; strong project background.
• Minimum 10–12 years in operations (project & service) and bidding.
• 8–10 years in engineering & commissioning on Siemens DCS/SCADA – PCS 7; major installations.
• Ability to lead technical tasks and subprojects within automation projects.
• Knowledge of OT cybersecurity and interfacing with third-party products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement control system solutions per customer specs.
• Lead software/hardware integration for SCADA/ESD systems; coordinate with partners.
• Oversee design, testing, and commissioning; ensure documentation is up-to-date.
• Support bidding activities and collaborate with bid teams.
• Travel to customer sites up to 40% and manage project communication.
