Job summary

Asmacs is seeking an experienced Hydraulics and Plumbing Manager to lead the hydraulics and plumbing section on our Saudi Arabia projects. Plan operations, set priorities, approve work orders, and ensure QMS compliance while guiding a team of supervisors.

Responsibilities include coordinating with project management, assessing asset condition, driving improvements, and managing the division's 24-hour on-call rotation with timely responses to major faults.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering in related field.
• Minimum 12 years hands on experience maintenance in relevant field.
• Minimum 6 years supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic and plumbing systems, including design, installation, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Anchors the Hydraulics and Plumbing technical activities and manages the affairs in the section.
• Plans the operation of the Hydraulics and Plumbing section, setup priorities and approves work orders.
• Ensures proper implementation of QMS process.
• Coordinate Hydraulics and Plumbing section affairs with project management.
• Analyses general performance of the Hydraulics and Plumbing section, implements corrective actions, improvement and produces reports to his superiors.
• Oversee execution of division's 24-hour on-call rotation and ensure that response times remain within Company's expectation.
