Job summary

Wise Insight is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead the corporate HSE function across multi-site construction projects in Saudi Arabia. The role requires directing safety programs, audits, and compliance with local and international standards, while coordinating with Saudi Aramco and major clients.

The successful candidate will oversee HSE personnel, ensure regulatory adherence, and drive a strong safety culture through practical training and daily leadership on site.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of HSE experience in the construction industry.
• Minimum 10 years in an HSE Manager role.

Responsibilities

• Provide HSE advice and guidance to senior management and employees.
• Lead the day-to-day management of the Corporate HSE function.
• Ensure effective implementation and auditing of HSE systems and procedures.
• Coordinate HSE requirements with Saudi regulators, Aramco and clients.
• Investigate accidents, identify root causes and implement preventive measures.
• Develop and deliver safety training programs and monitor their effectiveness.
• Oversee HSE-related assets, equipment and procurement needs.
