Job summary

Confidential in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead Health, Safety, and Environmental activities across construction sites. You will develop strategies, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive incident prevention to protect personnel and assets while ensuring project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental or Civil Engineering is mandatory.
• NEBOSH IGC or Diploma is mandatory.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• 10–15 years of HSE experience in construction, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HSE strategy aligned with ISO standards and project requirements.
• Lead incident investigations and drive corrective actions with CAPA tracking.
• Manage PTW, MSRA reviews, LOTO, and hazard controls on site.
• Oversee site safety inspections, audits, and contractor performance.
• Coordinate with Civil Defense, regulators, and internal stakeholders.
• Develop training programs and promote a zero-harm safety culture.
