Job summary

A leading logistics and supply chain company in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia is seeking an HR Business Partner to lead HR functions and implement policies that align with organizational goals. In this role, you will supervise the HR team, manage recruitment processes, and ensure compliance with labor laws. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in HR, a minimum of 5 years’ progressive HR experience, and a strong knowledge of Saudi regulations. Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience with a focus on generalist functions.
  • Previous supervisory experience in HR is preferred.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the daily activities of the HR team, providing guidance and support.
  • Implement HR policies and procedures ensuring compliance with labor laws.
  • Manage recruitment processes, including job postings and onboarding.
  • Coordinate performance management processes and guide managers.
  • Monitor and report on HR metrics providing insights to management.
