Job summary

Independent Food Company is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to develop and execute high-quality visual content that supports our brands, marketing campaigns, and overall brand identity. You will work across Salt, Parker's, Somewhere, Public, Kumo, and Shalwa to maintain consistent brand standards and elevate creative output.

The role requires strong creative thinking, excellent design skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, fine arts or related field.
• 4–6+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in F&B, hospitality, retail or lifestyle brands.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and visual designs for marketing campaigns, social media, digital platforms and print materials.
• Create and maintain visual identities across multiple restaurant and hospitality brands.
• Design social media posts, stories, advertisements, menus, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with Marketing, social media, and Brand teams to meet creative requirements and campaign objectives.
• Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines, including typography, colors, imagery and overall visual direction.
• Take ownership of design projects from concept through final delivery.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide creative direction and guidance to junior designers when required.
• Stay up to date with current design trends, technologies and industry best practices.
• Work closely with photographers, videographers, agencies and other creative partners as needed.
• Review and enhance existing materials to ensure consistency and high-quality execution.
