Job summary

Consulum is seeking an experienced government expert to lead projects that integrate strategy, policy and communications for government clients across the Gulf. You will manage a multi-disciplinary team, drawing on capabilities in strategy, policy, capacity building and communications to deliver outcomes.

We require at least 10 years in strategy, policy, or communications, with experience in or consulting to government or public sector organisations.

Qualifications

• Understanding of how strategy, policy and communications function together in government.
• Ability to develop and present comprehensive analyses and coherent presentations.
• Experience in leading, influencing and mentoring people.
• Excellent written and spoken business English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integration of strategy, policy and communications for client programmes.
• Manage a cross-disciplinary Consulum team across governance topics.
• Build and maintain senior client relationships and provide strategic advice.
• Oversee delivery of high-impact public policy and communications solutions.
