Job summary

Mogi I/O is seeking an experienced Geriatric Consultant to deliver specialized medical care to elderly patients. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical expertise in geriatric medicine, relevant postgraduate experience, and GCI/GCA accreditation.

Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, management of chronic conditions, and development of individualized care plans, while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and guiding families on treatment and ongoing care.

Qualifications

Master’s/postgraduate degree in a relevant medical specialty.
Several years post-graduation experience.
Several years of Geriatric Consultant/Specialist experience.
GCI & GCA accreditation.
Strong clinical expertise and Arabic communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive medical assessment and treatment for elderly patients.
Diagnose and manage age-related and chronic medical conditions.
Develop individualized treatment and care plans.
Monitor patients’ health, medications, and clinical progress.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care.
Provide guidance to patients and their families regarding treatment and ongoing care.
Maintain accurate clinical records and follow applicable healthcare standards.
