Job summary

First Access Consulting is seeking an experienced Production Manager in Riyadh to plan, supervise and optimize furniture manufacturing operations. You will lead supervisors and operators, drive quality, safety and cost control, and coordinate with Sales, Procurement and Logistics to meet deadlines.

The role requires fluency in Arabic and English, 8+ years in production leadership in furniture/wood, and a strong track record of managing budgets and schedules within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 8+ years in factory or production management.
• Experience in furniture and wood manufacturing.
• Proven track record managing production teams, schedules and budgets.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• ERP/production planning experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and oversee daily furniture production to meet retail and B2B/project deadlines.
• Lead the factory workforce: supervisors, machine operators and production staff.
• Enforce quality control from raw materials to finished goods, minimizing defects and rework.
• Ensure machinery and equipment are maintained, available and safe to operate.
• Implement and maintain occupational health and safety procedures.
• Manage production budgets, control material waste and reduce manufacturing costs.
• Work with Sales, Procurement and Warehouse/Logistics to match capacity to demand and delivery commitments.
• Oversee raw material and finished goods inventory with accurate stock records.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes, layout and workflow.
• Report on production, quality and performance to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor, safety and manufacturing regulations.
