Job summary

Binladin International Holding Group in Jeddah seeks an experienced Consolidation Specialist to lead monthly, quarterly, and annual group consolidation under IFRS. You will collect and validate subsidiary reporting, perform intercompany eliminations, and coordinate with subsidiaries to resolve discrepancies within deadlines.

The role requires 5+ years of consolidation experience and professional certification (SOCPA, CMA, or CPA).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant consolidation experience.
• Professional certificate: SOCPA, CMA, or CPA.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements for the Group in accordance with IFRS and regulatory requirements.
• Collect, review, and validate financial reporting packages submitted by subsidiaries.
• Perform consolidation entries, intercompany eliminations, investment eliminations, non-controlling interests, and consolidation adjustments.
• Review intercompany balances and transactions and coordinate with subsidiaries to resolve discrepancies within reporting deadlines.
• Ensure subsidiaries comply with intercompany reporting policies, accounting standards, COA, and reporting timelines.
• Coordinate the external audit process and respond to audit queries; monitor audit findings and ensure timely resolutions.
• Review accounting treatments for complex transactions and ensure consistent application across the Group.
• Perform analytical reviews of consolidated results and explain significant movements, variances, and unusual balances.
• Support the development and improvement of financial reporting policies, procedures, templates, and consolidation controls.
• Maintain accurate working papers and audit trails for all consolidation activities.
• Support implementation and enhancement of consolidation and financial reporting systems.
• Collaborate with accounting, FP&A, tax, treasury, internal audit, and subsidiary finance teams.
