Amazon Web Services Finance seeks a Senior Finance Analyst to partner with regional AWS management, driving financial recommendations and KPI-based insights. You will model, forecast, and report metrics while supporting monthly closes and operational improvements across data center finance in the EMEA region.

The role emphasizes analytical rigor, automation, and cross-functional collaboration to enable scalable, value-driven decision-making in a high-growth cloud environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, information systems, finance, or equivalent.
• Experience applying KPIs to analyses.
• Experience in financial modeling, P&L management or analysis.
• Experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis.
• Experience identifying opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance tools and processes.
• Experience in commercial finance business partnering, FP&A, or equivalent finance roles.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a key business partner with regional AWS management to provide financial recommendations.
• Report weekly and monthly financial and operating metrics.
• Manage the financial planning process: model, analyze and forecast metrics for budgeting and decisions.
• Be an integral member in the monthly financial close process and perform ad-hoc projects and analysis as needed.
• Analyze business results for key takeaways to achieve business objectives.
• Monitor compliance with controls and systems, and develop new processes to support the fast-growing, global AWS business.
• Preparing detailed financial models for business segments, drive business initiatives, and identify, implement, and deliver key operational efficiencies.
