Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) Finance is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst (Saudi National Only) to influence financial strategies for AWS data centre operations in the EMEA region. The role collaborates with regional management, delivers timely financial insights, and supports budgeting and forecasting for high-growth cloud infrastructure.

Ideal candidates bring strong KPI analysis, financial modeling, and automation experience, with a background in FP&A or commercial finance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting, information systems, finance, or equivalent.
Experience applying KPIs to analyses.
Experience in financial modeling, P&L management or analysis.
Experience creating process improvements with automation and analysis.
Experience identifying and executing opportunities to improve finance tools and processes.
Experience in commercial finance partnering or FP&A, or equivalent finance roles.
MBA or CPA (preferred).
Experience with SQL for data mining and BI (preferred).

Responsibilities

Serve as a key business partner with regional AWS management to provide financial recommendations.
Report weekly and monthly financial and operating metrics.
Model, analyze and forecast metrics for budgeting and business decisions.
Contribute to the monthly financial close and ad-hoc projects and analysis.
Analyze results to identify actions to achieve business objectives.
Ensure controls compliance and develop new processes for fast-growing AWS business.
Prepare detailed financial models for segments and drive operational efficiencies.
