Durucooperation is seeking an experienced Field HVAC Inspector for the Oceanarium Project. You will oversee inspection and quality control of HVAC installation works, ensuring adherence to approved drawings, project specs, international standards, and client quality requirements while maintaining HSE compliance.

The role requires 8–10 years of HVAC inspection experience on large-scale building or infrastructure projects, with strong knowledge of chillers, air distribution, ductwork and testing

Formación

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Mechanical/HVAC or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in HVAC inspection for large projects.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, chillers, ventilation, and ductwork.
• Experience with testing, commissioning, inspection procedures, and QA.
• Familiarity with ASHRAE, SMACNA, ASME, ASTM, and project specs.
• Ability to read HVAC drawings, P&IDs, and shop drawings.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect HVAC installation works including ducting, piping, insulation and equipment.
• Verify compliance with drawings, specs, method statements and standards.
• Inspect chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ventilation, pumps and ductwork.
• Witness testing, balancing, flushing, pressure testing and commissioning.
• Prepare reports, NCRs, and quality records for project handover.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, engineers and client reps.
• Monitor workmanship, material quality and installation throughout the project.
• Ensure inspection activities meet quality and HSE requirements.
