Overview

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced ERP Consultant (ERP Next) to lead the implementation, customization, and support of ERP Next within our organization. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, design solutions, and ensure smooth integration of ERP Next with existing processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ERP Next implementations, including requirement gathering, system design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Customize ERP Next modules (HR, Finance, Inventory, Manufacturing, CRM, etc.) to align with business needs.
• Provide functional and technical support, troubleshooting issues and ensuring system stability.
• Integrate ERP Next with third-party applications and external systems when required.
• Conduct user training sessions and prepare documentation for processes, workflows, and system usage.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes and recommend system improvements.
• Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and best practices within ERP systems.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying automation opportunities and system enhancements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in ERP consulting with hands-on ERPNext implementation.
• Strong knowledge of ERPNext modules (Finance, HR, Inventory, Manufacturing, Sales, CRM, etc.).
• Experience in customization using Python, JavaScript, and Frappe framework.
• Solid understanding of business processes across finance, HR, supply chain, and operations.
• Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to train and support end users.

Preferred

• ERPNext certification or similar ERP implementation credentials.
• Experience with cloud hosting, Linux, and database management (MariaDB/MySQL).
• Previous consulting or client-facing experience
