Job summary

ABIS is seeking an experienced Equipment Supervisor to oversee the operation, maintenance, and management of equipment used in our projects. The role requires coordinating with project managers and maintenance personnel to optimize equipment availability and reliability.

Responsibilities include supervising operators and technicians, planning preventive maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety standards, while maintaining thorough records and coordinating with procurement for spare parts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in equipment supervision.
• Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance practices and safety standards.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily equipment operations and maintenance activities.
• Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Monitor equipment performance and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Manage and lead equipment operators and technicians, providing guidance and training as required.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, maintenance, and inspections.
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for equipment availability and spare parts.
• Identify equipment issues and implement solutions to enhance productivity and safety.
