Job summary

ABICON seeks a Senior Project Manager in Saudi Arabia to lead planning, execution, and delivery of piping, civil, and mechanical construction on EPC projects, ensuring alignment with budget, schedule, quality, and HSE requirements.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of EPC/construction project execution experience.
• Bachelor's in Civil, Mechanical, or Construction Engineering; PMP preferred.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution for ABICON's scope from mobilization through close-out.
• Develop and manage the project execution plan, budget, and master schedule.
• Coordinate with client, consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments.
• Oversee Construction, QC, Planning, Procurement, and HSE within the project.
• Chair progress meetings and report status to senior management and client.
• Manage risks, changes, and claims with the commercial/contracts team.
• Approve manpower, equipment, and material mobilization plans.
• Ensure contract compliance and adherence to codes/standards.
• Drive cost control and schedule adherence through project controls.
• Ensure HSE standards and quality requirements across site activities.
• Support tendering and proposal input for future projects.
• Manage close-out, handover, and lessons-learned documentation.
