Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Project Director to lead and manage the KSU Relocation Project, an EPC infrastructure and utility development program with complex process, mechanical, electrical, and utility systems. You will interface with the Client, EPC Contractor, stakeholders, and consultants to deliver safely, on budget, and on schedule.

The role requires extensive experience in process and MEP-driven projects, with responsibility for governance, risk, and commercial management, ensuring seamless

Qualifications

• 25 years of major project delivery experience.
• 10 years in senior project leadership roles.
• Experience managing large-scale EPC projects over USD 500M.
• Proven capability in leading multidisciplinary teams through design, construction, commissioning, and handover.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and governance for the KSU Relocation Project.
• Establish project strategy, execution plans, and delivery objectives.
• Lead multidisciplinary project management, engineering, construction, commissioning, and commercial teams.
• Promote Jacobs' safety culture and technical excellence.
• Drive performance against schedule, cost, quality, and safety targets.
• Act as senior representative to Client and executives; manage stakeholders and forums.
• Direct EPC contractor performance and ensure integration across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Oversee risk management, claims, variations, and commercial negotiations.
• Ensure interfaces between process, MEP, civil, and campus facilities are managed.
