ECEC East Consulting Engineering Company seeks a Senior ELV Engineer to act as the client’s technical representative on a prestigious high-rise hotel project in Al Khobar. You will supervise ELV/ICT installations, review designs, and ensure integration with GRMS, IPTV, CCTV, and BMS systems in line with brand and local codes.

The role demands 10–12 years of ELV experience, with 3–5 years on hospitality towers within PMC or supervision contexts, and strong English communication for coordination

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related engineering discipline.
• 10–12 years total ELV experience; 3–5 years on high-rise hospitality (Hotel) projects in PMC/consultancy/supervision roles.
• Strong technical knowledge and site supervision experience with ICT & Security: structured cabling, CCTV, access control, intercom.
• Hospitality specifics: GRMS, IPTV, SMATV, Digital Signage.
• Life Safety & Building Management: Fire Alarm, PA/V, and BMS integration.
• Familiarity with international standards (BICSI, TIA/EIA, NFPA) and SBC.
• CAD/Revit review and MS Office reporting proficiency.
• Experience in Eastern Province (Al Khobar/Dammam), Saudi Arabia.
• Professional certifications: BICSI RCDD, PMP, or relevant manufacturer certs.
• Experience with high-density Wi‑Fi deployment and cybersecurity basics.
• Attention to detail in complex ceiling and riser environments.
• Strong English communication; drafting clear technical reports and leading coordination meetings.
• Proactive problem solving to resolve site clashes and ambiguities.
• Stakeholder management: balance contractor pressures with quality/brand compliance.

Responsabilités

• Supervise ELV installation, testing, and commissioning per IFC drawings, methods, and specs.
• Conduct regular site inspections for workmanship, material quality, and safety standards (First/Second/Third Fix stages).
• Monitor progress, manage interface clashes, and close NCRs/site observations.
• Witness FAT, SAT, IST to verify performance and interoperability.
• Review submittals, shop drawings, material specs, and ITPs for alignment with requirements.
• Evaluate RFIs and provide timely technical resolutions to site issues.
• Review ELV designs for constructability (fiber backbones, MDF/IDF layouts, risers).
• Coordinate with MEP, structural, and architectural teams for seamless integration.
• Liaise with client operations to ensure GRMS/ IPTV/ AV meet brand standards.
• Ensure handover documentation and as-built drawings are complete for facilities team.
