Job summary

Pace | Architecture, Engineering + Planning is seeking an Electrical Engineer in Riyadh to lead the integration, inspection, and commissioning of electrical systems on complex projects.

With a focus on power distribution, lighting, and fire alarm systems, you will ensure compliance with local codes and project specs while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams. A decade of experience and strong CAD skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Strong problem solving, technical, math and science skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and contractors to integrate electrical systems into the project.
• Conduct inspections to verify adherence to local building codes.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and installation of electrical components.
• Identify and resolve electrical system defects and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain detailed records of inspections, test results, and project progress.
• Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems such as power distribution, lighting, and fire alarm systems.
• Prepare reports on electrical system performance and compliance.
• Provide technical guidance on electrical designs and site challenges.
• Review and approve electrical materials and equipment for site installation.
• Supervise system testing, grounding, and commissioning to ensure optimal performance.
• Verify that electrical systems meet operational and safety requirements.
