  • Quality Assurance: Oversee quality control measures to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of documents.
  • Compliance: Ensure that document management processes comply with relevant regulatory standards, industry best practices, and organizational policies.
  • Technology Integration: Evaluate and implement document management software and technologies to streamline document workflows and improve accessibility.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and compliance officers, to facilitate document-related processes and ensure alignment with project timelines and objectives.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in document control roles within the consultancy sector, with a focus on site supervision for infrastructure projects such as roads, tunnels, bridges, and highways.
  • Proficiency in document management software (e.g., Documentum, SharePoint) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively coach, mentor, and motivate staff.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements related to document management (e.g., ISO standards, FDA regulations).
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Certification in document management (e.g., Certified Document Controller) is desirable.
