Job summary

Gathern | جاذر إن is seeking a DevOps professional to streamline software delivery through automation, CI/CD, and IaC. You will collaborate with development, QA, and operations to integrate testing, security, and deployment processes.

Responsibilities include designing CI/CD pipelines, managing cloud infrastructure (AWS), and ensuring reliability with monitoring and disaster recovery planning. A strong automation mindset and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in software development, system administration, or IT operations.
• Proficient with Bash and Python scripting and basic automation techniques.
• Experience with Git and understanding of CI/CD concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated software delivery.
• Develop and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) to provision, configure, and scale resources.
• Automate deployment, monitoring, and maintenance tasks using scripting and configuration tools.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations to integrate testing, security, and deployment processes.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize infrastructure for scalability and reliability.
• Implement and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS) and container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Enforce security best practices, compliance standards, and disaster recovery strategies.
• Maintain documentation for infrastructure setup, deployment procedures, and incident response protocols.
• Continuously evaluate and adopt emerging tools and methodologies to improve DevOps practices.
