Job summary

Master Works is seeking a Senior Specialist in Personal Data Protection to help establish, implement, and maintain effective privacy practices across the organization. You will work with Legal, Risk, IT, and Security teams to ensure personal data is managed securely throughout its lifecycle and to support compliance with applicable data protection laws and standards.

The role requires 5+ years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of privacy frameworks, and the ability to translate regulatory

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in data protection or privacy.
• Experience with data protection policies, controls, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical policies and processes.
• Preferred CIPM/CIPT certifications.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and improvement of the privacy framework.
• Monitor compliance with data protection laws and standards.
• Develop and maintain data protection policies and controls.
• Assist in privacy risk assessments and audits.
• Collaborate with Legal, IT, Risk, and Security teams on data protection initiatives.
• Provide guidance on data handling, retention, and secure processing.
• Keep up to date with changes in privacy laws and industry practices.
