Job Description:

What You'll Be Doing

• Automating & developing real-time dashboards and performance data models (Power BI / Excel)
• Performing deep dive analysis on AR and unbilled positions
• Extracting, structuring, and validating large financial datasets
• Tracking aging, DSO, and collection performance indicators
• Producing precise insights for leadership reviews and decisions

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
• With 4 + years of experience
• Strong financial data analysis capability
• Advanced Excel proficiency (Power Query, advanced formulas, data models)
• Power BI development experience (visuals, measures, DAX)
• Ability to build automated reporting workflows and dashboards
• Hands on experience cleaning, transforming, and validating large datasets
• Understanding of AR, unbilled, aging, and DSO metrics
• Familiarity with ETL logic and structured data handling
• High accuracy, fast execution, and strong problem solving mindset
