Job summary

WTS Energy seeks a Manager, Cranes, Lifting & Rigging to lead cranes, lifting and rigging operations across Zones B & C in support of MRO ship and rig repair. You will oversee portal cranes, heavy rigging, transport operations and workshop crane activities, directing large multi-disciplinary teams in a demanding environment.

Ideal candidates hold a Mechanical Engineering degree with 15–18 years in heavy lifting/rigging within shipyards or oil & gas facilities; Appointed Person (Lifting) is

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• Appointed Person (Lifting) certification or relevant lifting/rigging experience.
• IOSH/OSHA certifications are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate cranes, lifting and rigging operations across Zones B & C.
• Plan manpower and equipment to meet changing demands.
• Ensure all activities follow PTW and HSE standards.
