Job summary

Addar Group in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is seeking a Senior Cost Controller to lead project costing and profitability analyses across industrial services and EPC projects. You will oversee cost tracking, man-power and material utilization, and coordinate invoicing with Operations, Commercial and Finance.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a relevant field and 5–8 years of experience in cost control, with strong ERP, Excel, and reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant cost control experience.
• Experience in O&M, industrial services, EPC, oil & gas is preferred.
• Strong project costing, cost tracking, and profitability analysis.
• Experience with service order management, invoicing coordination, and documentation.
• Proficient in ERP systems, advanced Excel, and cost reporting tools.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills; able to coordinate with site, operations, commercial, and finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage project costing and cost tracking across site and project phases.
• Monitor manpower and material utilization to ensure profitability.
• Coordinate invoicing and service order management with Operations, Commercial, and Finance.
• Prepare cost reports and financial documentation for management.
• Support contract profitability analysis and cost control initiatives.
