The role requires strong analytical skills, ERP system experience (SAP/Oracle) and proficiency in MS Excel, with attention to data accuracy and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 5–8 years cost control experience.
• Minimum 2 years in a senior or specialized role.
• Experience in facility management cost structures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
