Qualifications

• Background in quantity surveying, commercial management, engineering or legal fields.
• Experience with FIDIC contracts, claims management and live projects in distress is advantageous.
• Ability to support SMEs and growth of Contract Services division.

Responsibilities

• Provide contract and claims services for the property sector.
• Support Subject Matter Experts in the region and aid Contract Services growth.
• Prepare major bid proposals.
• Support arbitration and litigation processes when required.
