Job summary

Turner Townsend International Limited in Saudi Arabia seeks a senior contract services professional to provide contract administration, claims services and dispute resolution advice across major projects in the region.

You will support Subject Matter Experts, leverage knowledge of FIDIC and standard forms, and contribute to business growth while delivering best-in-class claims management for clients in the built environment sectors.

Qualifications

• Experience in consultancy or contractor organizations with knowledge of standard forms of contract.
• Experience in contract claims management, dispute avoidance, and dispute resolution within built environment sectors.
• Experience with arbitration or litigation processes and client-facing engagements.

Responsibilities

• Provide contract and claims services for property sector projects.
• Support Subject Matter Experts in the region and contribute to growth of Contract Services.
• Prepare bid proposals and assist on major contracts and projects in distress.

With strong experience in a consultancy or contractor organization you will have knowledge and demonstrate hands on experience of standard forms of strong contract claims management dispute avoidance and or dispute resolution within the built environment sectors strong With a can do attitude and commercially astute you will be driven results oriented with the ability to provide best in class claims and dispute management advice for our clients Individuals will have a quantity surveying commercial management engineering and or legal background and have the ability to support our Subject Matter Experts in the region and aid the growth of our high performing Contract Services division Experience in a variety of construction sectors and project type Strong contract administration experience Strong commercial management experience on major projects Experience of FIDIC and other standard form contracts and the relevant processes and procedures Experience of compiling claim reports Experience of arbitration and or litigation processes Confident in a client facing environment with good presentational skills Experience of performance forensics whether from a quantum or delay background Application of methodical analytical skills with a flexible and adaptable approach to service delivery under a number of challenging scenarios Experience of providing consultancy services on live contracts and projects in distress an advantage Able to prepare and support on major bid proposals div

Qualifications

Quantity surveying, civil engineering or construction management degree MSc Construction Law or similar desirable (or currently undertaking) MCIArb, MCIOB, MRICS or FRICS chartered preferred
