Job summary

Whitecollars is seeking a seasoned Construction Manager in Saudi Arabia to lead site execution for onshore pipeline and related packages, overseeing civil, mechanical, pipeline and E&I disciplines from mobilization to mechanical completion.

The role requires 10+ years in oil and gas projects, Saudi Aramco OMPP experience, strong leadership, Arabic and English fluency, and adherence to SAES/SAEP standards while safeguarding safety and budget.

Qualifications

• 10+ years as Construction Manager in oil/gas or petrochemical projects.
• Experience with cross-country pipeline delivery and OMPP with Saudi Aramco.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; Saudi national per Saudization.

Responsibilities

• Direct site execution across civil, pipeline, mechanical and E&I.
• Coordinate with Saudi Aramco PMT and QA/QC.
• Lead safety, quality, and cost control on site.
• Plan manpower and equipment; drive look-ahead planning.
