Job summary

Saudi Aramco onshore EPC contractor is recruiting a seasoned Construction Manager for the Onshore Maintain Potential Program (OMPP) and pipeline packages in the Eastern Province. You will lead the site team across civil, pipeline, mechanical and E&I disciplines, delivering safe, on-time execution from mobilisation to mechanical completion.

You will coordinate daily with the Saudi Aramco PMT, manage subcontractors and equipment, drive turnover to pre-commissioning, ensure SAES/SAEP compliance,

Qualifications

• 10+ years as Construction Manager in oil and gas
• OMPP construction experience with Saudi Aramco
• Middle East experience essential; Gulf experience advantageous
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• PMP/CCM/CPM training and licensed engineer status preferred
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Dynamic leader capable of motivating multicultural field teams
• Saudi nationals only per Saudisation requirements

Responsibilities

• Own construction execution plan for the package from mobilisation through mechanical completion and pre-commissioning handover
• Direct daily site activities across civil, pipeline, mechanical and E&I disciplines
• Plan and control manpower, construction equipment and subcontractor resources to hold the approved schedule
• Run daily and weekly look-ahead planning with the planning team
• Act as site interface with the Saudi Aramco PMT, inspection and operations representatives
• Ensure all work complies with SAES, SAEP procedures and Schedule Q quality requirements
• Drive the mechanical completion dossier, punch-list closure and turnover to pre-commissioning
• Identify scope changes early and support PM with change notices and claims substantiation
