Job summary

Tishman Speyer Properties is seeking a Senior Project Engineer for the NEOM Green Hydrogen Project based in Duba, Saudi Arabia. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, along with over 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas or industrial projects, highlighting commissioning and cybersecurity readiness.

The position includes responsibilities such as supporting project phases, coordinating interfaces across disciplines, and ensuring adherence to safety and compliance standards.

A rotation schedule of 8 weeks on / 2 weeks off is part of the job.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Oil & Gas or large industrial projects.
• Hands-on exposure to commissioning, startup, or turnover phases in the Middle East.
• Working knowledge of industrial control systems and OT environments.

Responsibilities

• Support commissioning, startup, and turnover activities.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary interfaces during commissioning readiness.
• Prepare and contribute to weekly and monthly execution status reports.
