Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a seasoned Commercial Director for the Residential division (RES-066). You will lead the commercial strategy, contract management, and procurement across residential development projects to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery that meets the company’s high standards for quality and innovation.

You will mentor the commercial team, coordinate with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and contractors, and report milestones to senior leadership while pursuing cost

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; MRICS preferred
• 15+ years in commercial management within residential construction
• Strong skills in contract administration, procurement and risk management

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive commercial strategies for residential development projects.
• Manage contract negotiations, procurement, and commercial risk throughout the project lifecycle.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and contractors to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
• Monitor project financials, including budgets, forecasts, and value engineering opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies related to commercial activities.
• Lead and mentor the commercial team to enhance performance and growth.
• Report regularly to senior management on commercial performance and project milestones.
• Identify opportunities to optimize costs and improve operational efficiencies.
