Business Development Manager (Full-time, Remote)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Representing the beneficiary on the inventory committee.
  • Monitoring the work of the inventory committee.
  • Monitoring the coordination of evictions.
  • Monitoring the coordination of property handover to the beneficiary.
  • Build the capacity of field participants and train them to ensure appropriate and transparent engagement with target communities, with external assistance as needed.
  • Coordinate and participate, as needed, in communication/negotiation with beneficiaries regarding compensation and ensure agreement is reached on the final compensation (amount, terms, etc.).
  • Facilitate and participate in field visits with various internal and external stakeholders and share relevant community engagement content and materials with affected individuals to ensure community support during population relocation and community development.
  • Proactively identify and report to the Senior Transfer Manager any problems or challenges that may affect the implementation of population relocation and community development processes to minimize deviations from agreed work plans.
  • Resolve issues escalated by field consultants or refer them to the appropriate program entities for resolution.
  • Develop policies related to property relocation in accordance with the Kingdom's regulations and legislation to ensure all necessary facilities are provided for the property relocation process and procedures.
  • Ensure thorough familiarity with all required documents and paperwork for property relocation to ensure operations proceed according to the required plans and in a legally sound manner.
  • Review and audit reports and data, and elevate any issues to the relevant departments and divisions within the development program for necessary action.
  • Maintain continuous communication with the legal affairs team to review all signed contracts and ensure their compliance with proper legal procedures to avoid any liability issues arising for the development program.
