Job Description
Business Development and New Business Acquisition
  • Drive the identification and prioritization of business opportunities for Nesma and Partners by implementing the Business Development strategy, aligned with best practices and the overall strategic objectives to contribute to the growth of Nesma & Partners.
  • Generate new market leads through market research, networking, and effective relationship building to generate leads within the industry.
  • Identify potential markets, clients, and industries that align with Nesma & Partners’ technical capabilities to strategically position Nesma & Partners as a service provider driving sustainable growth and development.
  • Develop holistic and compelling proposals to ensure that strategic value and outcomes of new business opportunities are accurately outlined, supporting the organization’s brand identity and reputation.
  • Collaborate with the Operations department to gain insight on technical specifications to effectively translate that insight into value propositions and / or influential proposals for potential Nesma & Partners’ clients.
  • Prepare responses to bids, requests for proposals (RFPs), and relevant procurement opportunities in collaboration with the Procurement department and internal teams to effectively address client needs.
  • Evaluate new business opportunities and create business cases in support of new ventures to showcase their probability and growth potential aligned with Nesma & Partners’ strategic objectives.
  • Review the impact of the potential business development opportunity of Nesma & Partners’ Return on Investment (ROI) to contribute towards the KPIs and performance monitoring of the department.
Key Stakeholder Engagement
  • Establish and maintain lasting relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and to maintain and foster an ongoing quality relationship.
  • Collaborate and foster quality relationships with potential clients, stakeholders, and partners to drive successful business engagement and partnerships contributing to the growth of Nesma & Partners.
  • Provide regular feedback to internal and external stakeholders on relevant business development matters, to keep them informed and to adhere to business requirements.
  • Follow all relevant departmental processes, policies, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
  • Demonstrate compliance with the organization’s values and ethics at all times to support the establishment of a value drive culture within the organization.
  • Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement, and cost reduction.
Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE) Management
  • Conduct all activities in a safe and environmentally responsible manner in compliance with internal policies and guidelines.
Reporting
  • Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate reports to meet the Business Development departments’ requirements, policies, and quality standards.
