Hudson Manpower is seeking an AWS AI Engineer to develop and implement AI/ML applications on AWS. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with AWS services such as Bedrock, SageMaker, and Terraform, along with substantial software engineering expertise.

The role is focused on creating cloud-native microservices and collaborating with stakeholders to drive automation and insight in enterprise environments. This is not just a theoretical position; candidates should have a proven track record of delivering AI-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• 7 years of hands-on software engineering experience with a strong focus on Python.
• Experienced with AWS services, especially Bedrock or SageMaker.
• Demonstrated experience with Infrastructure as Code best practices.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on role using AWS, responsible for implementation of AWS cloud services.
• Develop cloud-native microservices, APIs, and serverless functions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business goals into secure AI systems.

Skills

AWS services- Bedrock, SageMaker, ECS and Lambda

Demonstrated experience with AWS organizations and policy guardrails (SCP, AWS Config)

Experience implementing RAG architectures and using frameworks and ML tooling

Experience in Infrastructure as Code best practices with Terraform

Fine-tuning large language models

Git-based version control
