AECOM is seeking a detail-oriented Inspector – Architectural Finishes to join our Riyadh, Saudi Arabia team. Qualifications

10 years of experience conducting quality inspections on architectural finishes.
Knowledge of finishes materials, methods, and industry standards.
Understanding of Saudi building codes and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough inspections of architectural finishes including paint, flooring, wall treatments, ceilings, and other surface applications.
Verify compliance with project specifications, drawings and applicable codes.
Assess workmanship and identify deficiencies or deviations from specifications.
Document inspection findings through reports, photographs and observations.
Communicate inspection results to project managers, contractors and stakeholders clearly.
Recommend corrective actions for non-conforming work and verify corrections.
Maintain organized records of inspections, test results and compliance documentation.
Collaborate with construction teams to resolve finish-related issues and keep timelines.
Perform material testing and verification to ensure finishes meet standards.
Conduct final inspections to certify finishes are complete for project closeout.
