Job summary

Aramco seeks a Senior Architect to lead architectural design and development for Community Services facilities. You will oversee concept through construction, mentor staff and coordinate with structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, and interior disciplines.

You will ensure code compliance, sustainability, and lifecycle performance, driving value engineering and high-quality public realm outcomes in major projects.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of architectural design and development experience.
• Senior technical role with multidisciplinary facilities experience.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, accessibility and sustainability.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior architectural engineering expertise from concept through construction.
• Assess existing facilities for condition, compliance, and performance.
• Develop conceptual designs, space programs, and design criteria.
• Review drawings and specifications for adequacy and compliance.
• Lead resolution of complex architectural issues and advise on options.
• Coordinate with structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, and interior disciplines.
• Support construction with technical reviews and site condition evaluations.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to knowledge transfer.
